If you’re looking for a truly out-of-the-way place to live – and to play golf – you might be interested in the Linville Falls Mountain Club, the newest addition to TheGolfNexus golf course directory. Originally known as The Blue Ridge Country Club, the course at Linville Falls was designed with the help of Lee Trevino. It underwent 2 years of renovations starting in 2006 and is now ready for play by club members. It’s a rather spectacular location in the midst of the Blue Ridge and Pisgah National Forest in the northwest corner of North Carolina. And there are plenty of lots available for those who might enjoy a place to live in a beautiful, if remote, location.
