The first course built at Westchester Country Club, now known as the West course, was originally designed to be part of a luxury hotel. A second course, the South, was initially an easier layout (for women and higher handicaps) but has had a couple of reconstructive periods to bring it closer in difficulty to the West.
The West course has hosted PGA tournaments since 1963. Starting in 2007 it became part of a local rotation of courses that will host "The Barclays", the first stop on the PGA Tour's playoff series. Scroll down for reviews and additional information on lower half
