Cross Creek Golf Club is located in Beltsville, Maryland, with easy access from I-95 less than a mile away. The course was built on the site of an abandoned stone quarry, so it has some holes that are more reminiscent of the Rocky Mountains than the mid-Atlantic. Cross Creek was more visually pleasing in it's early days, before the surrounding housing development filled in around almost all of the holes. Still, a nice course in an easy-to-find location.
