The TPC at Scottsdale was developed to be the home of the PGA Tour's annual event in the Phoenix area, now known as the Waste Management Open. The two courses, Stadium and Desert, were designed by former pro Tom Weiskopf and his golf architecture partner Jay Morrish. They mix the style often experienced at TPC courses with the unique features of "desert golf".
