Course Details

Bala Golf Club is a private Philadelphia club that has provided golf to its members since 1901. The course became something special in the 1920's when famous course designer William S. Flynn was hired to take the existing nine hole course to a full 18 holes. There's no room for expansion on the site, so the Bala course has remained at Flynn's original 5,306 yards. The U.S. Women's Open was held here in 1952.
