Course Details
Lakeview Golf Resort and Spa is on the shores of Cheat Lake, about 6 miles northeast of downtown Morgantown, West Virginia. The resort includes two 18-hole golf courses: The Lakeview course was designed by James Harrison and completed in 1954. It's a par 72 that maxes out at 6,760 yards from the back tees. The Mountainview course opened in 1985 based on a design by Brian Ault. It's also a par 72 layout, playable between 5,385 and 6,447 yards. Yeah, the name is a little goofy and they're a bit pricey. However, they're extremely comfortable and last a loooong time compared to standard-issue golf gloves.
