Course Details

Plainfield Country Club is located in the northern New Jersey suburb of Plainfield. The main course at Plainfield is an 18-hole masterpiece designed by Donald Ross that opened in 1921. The course was selected as the site of the 2011 Barclays, the first stop on that season's PGA FedEx Cup playoffs. While the club is private, Plainfield also has a 9-hole course that offers play by the general public.  You can find hotels near Plainfield Country Club at TheRealPlaces.com.  Plainfield Country Club is 15.0 miles from downtown Newark.

PeakPulse Golf Rangefinder

If you're not already using a rangefinder on the course, you're probably not hitting as many greens as you could. This highly-rated model gets the job done at a reasonable price.
