Course Details
Erin Hills Golf Course is a privately owned, publicly playable 18 hole golf course located in rural Wisconsin, about an hour from both Milwaukee and Madison. The course was designed by Mike Hurdzan, Dana Fry and Ron Whitten and opened in 2006. By 2009 the original owner had already experienced financial problems and it was sold to Andrew Ziegler. Erin Hills has been chosen by the United States Golf Association (USGA) to be the site of the 2011 U.S. Amateur and 2017 U.S. Open championships.
